We are a Consulting Firm with Creative solutions for the complexities of business and commercial financing.

We provide business finance consulting and underwriting services for Businesses including Construction, Commercial and SBA funding needs: 

  1. Initial Consultation – We will discuss your current needs, review your tax return and financial statements and provide possible solutions and recommendations
  2. Paperwork and Underwriting Compliance – Our packaging staff completes all required applications, bank required forms and government documents in a pre-underwritten loan submission package. It’s ALL done for you!
  3. Finding the Financial Institution – Our underwriting staff negotiates a loan approval directly with chief credit underwriters from one of hundreds of Preferred Lending Providers

We have an experienced underwriting staff whose sole purpose is to evaluate loan projects quickly and efficiently. We understand that time is essential for most loan submissions, so our services are always tailored to your unique needs.

 


MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jeffrey Hildebrandt

Government Finance Director

Jeff brings over 20 years of commercial funding experience to the company. Professional Education seminars and training programs are approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to his current position, Jeff managed the SBA business development department in the State of Nevada and San Bernardino County, CA for La Jolla Bank and has represented other firms such as Merrill Lynch and Great Western Bank in Los Angeles, CA.

As an Instructor he has taught hundreds of real estate professionals on the use of SBA financing for commercial and business transactions. He is a featured speaker at Realtor Commercial Symposiums and Progressive Business Conferences.

He previously owned and operated a net branch of “Mortgage Loan Specialists”, a residential and commercial loan broker. He and his partner successfully operated the branch for over 6 years and trained hundreds of individuals to become licensed loan officers.

Jeff graduated with a Finance degree from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and is married with two children.

Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.

• Secured funds over $30m from VC’s, Investment Bankers, Private Investors, Institutional Investors and Banks to support organizational growth.

• Created a more responsive and market-driven organization resulting in increased sales from $1 million to over $15 million in four years.

• Completed several global mergers and acquisitions from top tier VC firms worldwide.
